Telkom is the worst service provider!

Telkom is a bad service provider, they charge you for non existent services. I cancelled my contracts with them last year (06-08-2019) yet they still invoice me & charge me every month. On the 1st of August 2019 I made a deposit to telkom Of R5 692.27 (total amount that was due then) via pick n pay. 5 days later I cancelled the contracts, got references for cancellations but I was later told the cancellations were voided. Worse they even appointed a company "Nudebt management pty ltd" to **********ly deduct money from my bank account several times in a month every month, when I call this Nudebt management pty ltd's billing department, the phone rings non stop with no answer every time. Telkom says the see the money was deducted but it has not reflected on their side. I'm unable to cancel again because they say my account is suspended yet every month they ***** money in my bank account via this aforementioned debt company & their invoices always increase.
