TELKOM IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER

Herewith another report on the worst service provider ever. As per my previous complaint on HelloPeter nothing has been solved. The Telephone Line and Internet line was reported on the 03/02/2016. Exactly 48 days now! Numerous phone calls to the call centre and everytime just a different excuse that a technician is working on the problem. Alot of people are affected in the same street with the same problem and all of them said they are cancelling their Telkom service - I am definitively next. Waited long enough with false promises each time. Its a case of \one doesn't know what the other one is doing\" Telkom is pathetic and won't recommend it to anybody in the future. Thanks for nothing Telkom! "
