Telkom is the worst service provider

Telkom has serious billing issues. I would not recommend Telkom to anyone, unless you want to sit with billing stress every month. My account is an debit order. They do not want to change it to EFT. They deduct the money then for some reason the money appears back in my account, then they add another R202 on your account because the initial debit order didn't go through. And they cut your service due to non payment.

But when you log a fault they dont get back to you, when you call they dont answer FOR TWO HOURS.

Im doing my best to sort out this problem, and they couldn't care less about me as a customer. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED
