TELKOM IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER

TELKOM THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDORS EVER! I have been using the service for almost 2 years. At the beginning i asked them to cap my account so that I don't go over my limit, they did not do that which resulted in me paying more than what I budgeted. Then they '**** debit' or simply don't debit on the day they're supposed to. This results in them charging an extra R200 on your account for "insufficient funds" or whatever other reason. There are always funds in my account they simply just rob you. For the past 2 to 3 months this has been happening again. Last month they debited an amount way over my cost of contract. Instead of debiting every month they do it over 2 or 3 months then they debit a huge amount and include an extra R200 per month. They are ridiculous. Now they have suspended my network for apparently not paying? I called in the lady said it was their fault I will be reconnected in the next 3 to 4 hours. It has been more than 12 hours and I cannot use my phone. I won't recommend telkom to anyone and if u reading this and u are using telkom then stop! Before they rob you too.
