Telkom is the worst service provider

I have been trying to cancel my ADSL line since July this year. I am still receiving invoice. I've complained on their Facebook messenger but my line is still not cancelled. I was actually planning on contacting them to subscribe to their wireless mobile plans and porting my number to their network, but given the level of service, I will rather suffer with MTN than use any one of Telkom's products.
