TELKOM is the worst service provider!

This is the worst service provider in this COUNTRY. I have struggled with store employees, call center consultants and so called managers who are by far the most *********** I've come across. No one cares to assist the client, they all have nothing but excuses and none know how to do their job. I asked for my paused WiFi to be reinstated, they said to wait a few days for activation, i did and still nothing happened, i called to inquire and they then sent a technician who changed the line but still the internet didn't connect. i called multiple times til i decided to cancel my account with them because they were charging me for something that didn't work. it has been months of useless calls and telkom still hasn't cancelled the service and they are still taking my money, even with the online cancellation filled and even with a sms they sent saying the services were cancelled.

there's more, they also opened an account for Wifi at the same house, using the same line and ADSL but they are debiting from my moms account and of course STILL NO WIFI !!!

Surely this is ***** and theft. what i am supposed to do, it has been a waste of time, money and emotions. on top of that the call center consultants hang up on clients when they can no longer answer questions. Somebody help stop this nightmare
