Telkom is the worst service provider

Just want to inform you guys about telkoms pathetic service, my phone line and my adsl line has been down for over a month now. Everytime I call to check on the progress it's the same old answer "We are testing your line and we have to just wait".

Also we still have to pay our monthly premium of R600 otherwise our telephone line will be cut off.. So basically we're paying for something that isn't working.

I have a business to run, hence I rely on the wifi and the phone line. You can imagine the loss of business because of these *********** people.

I'd suggest you find a better phone and internet provider, because telkom is useless!!!
