Telkom is the worst service provider

Telkom is the worst service provider ever. A month ago, I went to Telkom in tygervalley just to stand in the queue for almost a full hour. I was initially help by an consultant, who helped me along with another person. The girl came back to me after few minutes, just to tell me I fill in a form. She didn't even explain anything, no what the package provides. I asked her to explain and then she did. I was told that I have to wait a a day or two, to pay my installation fee. After a few days and numerous unrep**** exams and messages on whatsapp, I was just told to pay a r700 within 7 days. I did so and then told technical team will come install within 7 days, it's been almost 20 days that I'm waiting. I'm canceling today and don't want anything to do with Telkom. They are the worst.
