Telkom is the worst service provider

I paid my mothly fee by eft for June yet my line was cut. I received no notification that my payment did not reflect. I have paid it and I have sent an abundance of emails with POP to ********** but got zero reply. Telkom you are the worst service provider in this country and thats an achievement in its own right. I have been denied service after payment and its a violation of my consumer rights!!!!
