Telkom is the worst service provider
I took out a month to month contract with Telkom mobile. (Sim card only) the guy that assisted me in me in the store, listed it as a 24month contract. I cancelled my month to month contract with Telkom in the 24th of May 2017. Sunce yhen Telkom has kept debiting me. I tried Cancelling again in August 2017. Still no luck. Three months ago I started blocking and reversing Telkom. Now they have listed me on the ITC and handed my account over to debt collectors. I dont recommend anyone to ever use Telkom Directly. There are loads of alternative means of getting the same service elsewhere.

My outstanding balance I owe Telkom has not been amended to reflect the credited amount Telkom owes me since my cancellation. They are quick to send my account to the debt collectors once i block them on my bank account, but won't pay up when they are in the wrong.
