Telkom is the Worst Service Provider

My contracted device has been sent for repairs in February 2024. To date, I haven't been updated about the process of this repair. When I contacted telkom as was advised that this device is no where to be found. This is completely and utterly unprofessional. It has caused me great financial constraints due to me having to take up a different contract from another service provider. I wouldn't recommended Telkom to anyone going forward. This is such bad customer service. To date no one has made contact with me. I would like to know if i will rather be reimbursed for this? Worse service ever rendered. But no one can provide me with details. Pity one can't rate this a zero rating.
