Telkom is the worst service ever

This is getting ridiculous .. I am trying to cancel my entire account with telkom ... I logon to their website and select cancel, they willsend me a reference number and not call .. the next day I will receive an sms saying my request has been processed... I need to do an early settlement and i new the fee for cancelling ... this is the worst service of my life ......
