Telkom is the worst service!

It's been 2 months paying for wifi but we have no wifi!!! I am so utterly disappointed with telkom! I have called numerous times have gotten numerous reference numbers and have been to telkom but nobody has helped! Nobody has come through to our residence! We have paid R1000 for wifi and have nothing! Don't deal with telkom it's a terrible terrible service!
