Telkom is the worst provider

I have been trying to get hold of telkom cancellations team for a hole month and each time I am waiting more than 30 minutes. I am really ****ed off with the service and it's not fair that I have to pay for their service when I no longer need it. They are so quick to offer you an upgrade but when you as a customer need to cancel or discuss the account then their lines are too busy. ****y freaken service I will never use their service again.
