Telkom is the worst poeple to do any business with

In 15 November I ordered the 10meg line for R850 a month. They came to install it and it worked for not even a day and then it was switched off. I phoned Telkom and they told me they gave me someone else's number that's in the arrears and logged a call. On the 29 November 2019 they switched it back on and gave me a new number. That's all good no it's not they then send me a bill of R1500. I phone Telkom again and they tell me they charging me pro rata. For real I haven't even use the wifi for 10 days. Today they switch my wifi off again I phone them only to tell me the number they gave me for the second time belongs to someone else. I am so ****ed off and don't know how the hell Telkom is raining a business.
