TELKOM IS THE WORST PLACE TO DI BUSINESS

I was every month at telkom Key West about my statement. Everytime the poeple said to me. Because of the statements was email on the fist of every month and my debit order going of on the 5th of every month. But I'm not in arrears. On May month they took a dubbel of R4974 of as debit order. On the 5th on May he took R2427 by debitorder. So I go and stop my debitorder. May question is whi wil paid my banking cost of this money from R4974? So I go on the 1st of June to telkom and said to this guys I stop my debitorder. He said I can't. I changed the debitorder to the 15th of every month. On the 5of June 2024 the debitorder going of R2427. I paid June for July. On the 29 of June I paid another amount cash of R2531. On the 5th of July 2024 another amount of R2531 is goinig of. Yesterday I was at telkom Cradle stone. The guy there said to me my account is on a backlock. So on 31July 2024 another amount of R2531 was paid at me cash. For August 2024. Now the guy at Cradle Stone Telkom said to me on the 15 of August 2024 another amount of R2975.09 will be deducted from my bank. Is that possible to paid over R10k in to months for account of R2531??? Please I want you help. Beacause telkom is busy with something. I wish I will never do business with telkom. For 3months I suffer with telkom.
