Telkom is the worst place ever!

I just want to say Telekom is the worst place ever. Cause we don't have fiber we have to use Telkom to get adsl cause you need them for a telephone line to get internet. Something went wrong in our whole area and we can't use our internet that we payed for. Today is the 20 December and it is off now for 2weeks. And all they say is the don't know when it will be back on. So how nice payed for Internet I can't use all thanks to Telkom the worst place ever!!!! I definitely don't recommend them at all.
