Telkom is the worst network to ever take on a contract with.

This company has the worst customer service I've ever had to experience, the most *********** consultants every single time you call them you speak to someone different who can't refer to your last communication which is funny considering how big a company this is. It's a different story every single. You can call them to day they tell you the system says you should pay a certain amount, call them next week or even the next day and that amount has increased and every month it's the same damn excuse, they are just ripping people off and you can never get assistance they will tell you the system says this and make you pay money, they'll promise to return the money they owe you which they never do. It is just a ****, I used to recommend telkom to everyone before I saw the face under the mask
