telkom is the worst network provider you can find!!!

i took out a contract with telkom on the 1st of september 2019 and then i realized we do not have telkom connection, so i called telkom and they had arranged for a courier company to come and collect the DATA device which was collected 3 days later. i then called in on the 7 Oct 2019 to which the consultant received my email to show collection and sent me a reference number to say that they working on it. they still haven't cancelled my contract and keep billing me on a monthly basis. it is now 4 months and i keep calling everyday to which the consultants tell me they cannot tell me when it will be cancelled!! i mean how they can bill me for something i dont have or even use.. this is the worst service ever. i would not recommend TELKOM to anyone
