Telkom is the worst network provider on earth

I am highly unsatisfied with Telkom and their call center agents. I started receiving continuous sms’s from them regarding my depleted bundle about 15 - 20 a day! I called in and asked for assistance and to this day they have been unable to assist me in reducing how many times THEY sms me! And the call center agents are unprofessional and have no way of handling customers they were condescending and utterly rude and clearly didn’t care whether my problem has been solved or not.
