Telkom is the worst network

So disappointed in Telkom servicesnor lack thereof. I have two new devices from them on contract. Everything was working fine until the 11th of December 2018, when I couldn’t receive or make any calls or SMS’s. I’ve been calling Telkom everyday and everytime they tell me the same thing that they have escalated my issue to the technical department and that it would be resolved in 24-48 hours. It has been way longer than that, and this has been very disrupting in my life. Why am I paying for a service that is not functional? Telkom packages and network already suck on their own, I don’t need new disruptions like this.
