Telkom is the worst network

Morning , I would first like to start of saying that TELKOM GATEWAY is the worst for Customer service and not to mention they LIE about everything just to make a sale. They FALSE ADVERTISE their products to make it seem appealing . So let me say that I newly purchased a contract with telkom. The sales consultant , we'll call her miss L , **** her butt off selling me the contract . LIE 1 - I WAS GETTING 10G DATA FOR 3 MONTHS INCLUDING MY 1G . SO IN TOTAL I WAS TO RECIEVE 11G OF DATA .and the worst part was the MANAGER went along with it. LIE 2- R1000.00 CASH BACK . bluntly **** about that to me I NEVER received my money LIE 3 - TOLD ME I WAS TO RECIEVE 50 FREE SMS DAILY BUT DIDNT TELL ME I WAS TO PAY FOR THE 1ST 5 SMS DAILY TO ACTIVATE THE FREE 50.! LIE 4- went to the store querying all of this and they ignored me . told Me that only the MISS L can help me and they will email her anf she will help me. BARE IN MIND I HAVE THIS MISS L ON WHATSAPP SHE DOES NOT RESPOND TO ME ONLY READS AND NOT REPLY!!!!!!!BECAUSE SHE KNOWS SHE SOLD ME A FALSE PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LIE 5 - THEY TOLD ME I WOULD BE DEBITED ON THE 5TH OF OCT but instead did not debt me SMS me saying I FAILED TO PAY! CUT MY SUBCRIPTION! When I called the call centre COZ THATS THE ONLY FORM OF COMMUNICATION YOU CAN HAVE WITh THESE *****S. The lady on the line insisted that I pay on the 5th of novemebet for DOUBLE THE AMOUNT even tho MY STATEMENT DOES NOT SAY THAT! AND THAT MY LINE IS NOT CUT!!!!!! WHAT A LOAD OFF BL**** IS TELKOM. TELKOM GATEWAY IS TERRIBLE THEY HAVE NO COMMUNICATION S****S THEY ARE LYING ROUGES AND WILL ROB YOU BLINDLY LIKE THEY DID TO ME
