Telkom is the worst mobile network

I wish telkom closed down I am with them for over 10 years but the service is pathetic My account got suspended in february 2020 due to a balance of R200 outstanding. I paid the balance immediately and to my frustration my lone never get unlocked. I thereafter paid an additional amount and my my fees for march 2020 but still no luck. When i phone the call centre they forever promise to have my line back i a few hours. When i go in store there ia nobody who can assist me. I got case numbers, emails to prove my innocence but yet nobody to help me restore my line. Yet i get an invoice to say i must still pay Please dont ever sign up with telkom Aaaaahhhhhhh worst network and support system in the world
