Telkom is the worst ISP: 0 customer service

Telkom is the pitts guys! I have cancelled my internet fibre line, which they had been charging 850PM fir the past 4 years for a whooping 10up, 10down line. ON calling to cancel, they said it would be cancelled immediately. They go ahead and switch the line off, and dont release the line for my new ISP Afrihost to connect me. now, I cant use Afrihost as they have not released the line, yet, they have stopped the service. What needs to heppen??? I have called through to 6 people. None of which have been helpful or sorted this out. I need this like released NOW.
