Telkom Is The Worst Internet Service Provider here's Why

<p>Telkom Support #974081</p> <p> </p> <p>Hi Telkom</p> <p> </p> <p>It seems i am being ****** of my full service. I have for over 1 year trouble shooted my internet problems, i started with telkom and they have for over 1 year said the problem has nothing to do with them.</p> <p> </p> <p>After hiring an expert it has been confirmed that Telkom is the problem. I have replaced and laid a new telkom adsl line to eliminate the possibility, i have replaced my router, i have double checked my network infrastructure and got second person advice.</p> <p> </p> <p>I run a 10MB Business premium line speed thats unshaped or unthrottled with MWEB and using telkom lines. My internet connection download speed drops to 2mb speed during high exchange times like 7-9pm at night.</p> <p> </p> <p>Apparently Telkom is robbing us, on your 1 to 20 high contentious network we premium clients are getting ****** and denied full service we paying for which is a 10mb uplink from telkom. Why is it that we not getting our full speeds we paying for?</p> <p> </p> <p>I demand an accurate answer, with a feasible solution, without the two in hand i shall publicize my experience and expose you for this problem, its completely unacceptable and wont be tolorated. You will be hearing from me until this is recitifed or im moving to more reputable companies that stand by their clients and service.</p> <p> </p> <p>I look forward to hearing from you.</p>
