Telkom is the worst internet provider no service!!

I moved Internet service provider last month to telkom, my old contract ended 30 november and my telkom one started the 1 Dec, Telkom sent me a message to say they were going to call me before the 1st of Dec.<br> <br> I'm still waiting for that call, I have wasted all my airtime on their stupid call centre that doesn't answer and I still don't have internet, I have to use my cell phone data, this is unacceptable!!! <br> <br> How long do I have to wait to get my internet up and running!?!?!?!?!?!?
