Telkom is the worst internet provider

Telkom is the worst internet service provider ever. a few days before I have to pay them the wifi is very slow and that is if there is even internet connection and this last in to the middle of the following month. I try to call them on 10210 and i dont even get through to a consultant i called 10213 i got through to a consultant but i was told that they can't help me. I upgraded the speed of my wifi last year and they sent me a faulty wifi router. when I told the Consultant that ,they said never it must be loadshedding ,and I plugged it out every time it was loadshedding
