Telkom is the worst *********** of all

On the 18/04/2019 Telkom mobile delivered a router that I ordered. They did not connect it and on the 26/04/19 I sent them an email to come and pick up their delivery as I don't want the contract that they failed to connect for 2 weeks. There was no response. I sent another email on the 29/04/2019 and the last email on the 02/05/2019 and they've never bothered to reply. Today on the 31/06/2019 they debited 200 from my account. I want my money back with bank charges incurred
