Telkom is the worst ***** I have ever seen in my existence

I called in 2021 to cancel my account after they deducted over R3k in my account for a month to month Sim card which was R200 and now today I received an email saying I'm in debt and have been handed over like why on earth did I ever trust this company I don't know what to do anymore with this company I want all my call recordings you can't get ahold of them to make it worse when you go to the shop they say call and when you call there's no answer or the line is dead I hate Telkom with my life and theh are ruining my life at this point 🥲😭😭
