Telkom is the worst I hate them

I have been having issues with this ****s we call Telkom they always make billing or account flaws and when you call in you are told you have to wait for a specific time period but they never get back to you.

I had a Telkom month to month plan that they converted to a 24 month contract and they said it's because they gave me a fiber line. My issue with this is that I never agreed to the conversion and I the sales person told me that they were doing it for all their customers that were on the copper and confirmed that there will be no charge. Now I want to get out of their ********** contract and every time I call they say they will get back to me in a few days but its been two weeks and no response from them.

I have had the worst experience with Telkom even my monthly payment have spiked and when I didn't pay the spiked amount they suspended my account.

Last month they put me on their credit collection and when I told them I didn't owe telkom they just kept on calling me all the time even when I asked them to check with Telkom they would just call me at work. It took me weeks to get it sorted but they messed with my credit for no reason.
