Telkom is the worst , I can't wait to cancel my contract with this network, never again

Telkom is by far the worst . Most *********, worst customer service, I have huge regrets taking a contract with this network, my account was debited and my line was disconnected, I am running around like a headless chicken trying to reconnect my line but to no avail, I have spoken to over 10 call center agents, all of them ***********.i have sent numerous emails with Bank statements proving the proof of debit/payment. What do I need to do to get my line reconnected, the line that I am PAYING for. Seriously dissapointed
