Telkom is the worst government money grabbing ISP

For the last 2 months every evening my internet speeds and ping has been atrocious. We pay for a premium, yet we still get throttled in the evenings during peak hours. We pay for a 300 down and 200 up line, and get nowhere NEAR those speeds during these hours. I get around 5ms ping normally, but during the witching hour, i get 120ms of ping on local servers. I am fuming.
