telkom is the worst ****ing network provider

Telkom is the worst f**cking network provider especially wen it comes to service. I took out a contract with Telkom in March this year .So here's my never ending story with this useless provider, I waited for my phone for about 4 days after the promise of the delivery date, 4 days later i received my phone fair and well i was excited, forgot all about the poor service of the delivery of my phone. I had my phone for 2 days until it fell out of my hand and the screen cracked, hence i was still under my cooling off period, it took me a whole week of phoning and wasting airtime to receive help from Telkoms call center, every time i phone back i have to start my case from over, so i decided to go to a Telkom branch near my house and book my phone in nd thts wher i saw the true reflection of telkom as a whole thy are a ****ing useless net work provider and the service is utterly poor, i booked my phone for repairs in MARCH 23 it took them two month to get my phone to the repair center, and till today SEPTEMBER 9 im waiting for the return of my phone if this was mtn or vodacom i would of got a bran new phone. but all i guess as long as stats look good to the ceo, clients get neglecte
