Telkom is the worst

Telkom is the worst. i have a contract with them but every month they don't deduct their money and i have to now pay a large amount. the most recent one is that they cancelled my contract after they had deducted my money and claim that i owe them and even sent my account to some debt collectors who harass me everyday and when i went to Telkom they assured me they will sort it out but even today these collectors are harassing me. not so long ago i received a call about my account and was assured again that it is sorted and my case ***4 was closed but still i am being harassed and my account is still suspended. Telkom really disappointed me and i want this issue sorted and this account cancelled indefinitely because i cannot be treated like this as if i have ****** something when it's you Telkom and your *********** staff that failed to do right by me as a paying customer.
