Telkom is the Worst experience ever and still not resolved

Telkom is ZERO operated and ZERO on a contract

I phoned Telkom yesterday all day- no one answered. 32 mins holding for my one call, 28 mins for the other and all the other calls " transferred transferred transferred" -

They eat while they speak to me

They put the phone down in my ear while I am speaking - they dint even try and help me. They just dont care.

Then I decided to go in-store- in store they told me they cant help me we must phone- the exact same numbers I phoned yesterday all day - Ive been sitting here in-store for 35 mins listening to the same tune-

WORST WORST WORST experience ever ever ever!!!!

Requested a call back still no call back still no help. No one can even give me an email adress.
