TELKOM IS THE WORST EVER

Worst decision I’ve ever made is to take out a Telkom contract. I cancelled my contract after running around their asses because one of their consultants told me I don’t have to cancel it will automatically go to prepaid. I found out they have been debiting my account after 2 months, went and reversed the money. They sent me sms informing me I have to pay those amounts or they will blacklist me. Paid the amount Because I wanted to be done with them only to find out they debited the same amount On my account almost a month later so I paid double. Went and reversed one amount and I thought I was finally done with Telkom. I woke up to another debit order by Telkom and when I called in the lady told me my contract is cancelled but I still have to pay for the debit order I reversed back when they debited my account after I cancelled my contract. I was so confused because they already gave me a confirmation that I’m done with my account with a ZERO BALANCE and all of a sudden they wake up and decide to deduct different amounts from my account ! I’m really ****ed and I regret taking out a contract with Telkom. This will have a negative impact on my credit score and that ****es me off because I’ve been building a great portfolio all these years until TELKOM!
