telkom is the worst ever

the worst service ever I have been without internet for 3 weeks the Telkom cable is damaged in my neighbours yard and I have had numerous appointments with technicians and they just don't show up I have spoken to Telkom at 10210 and every customer agent I have spoken to knows less then the previous one and the phone call always remains the same I have sent your number through to the processor or the supervisor they will phone you the situation has been escalated but I never receive a phone call at this time I am considering to cancel my Telkom internet package and move to a LTE service from MTN at least then I don't have to worry about a Telkom cable getting damaged
