Telkom is the worst ever

<p>Dear Busi, I'm extremely upset with TELKOM, My cell phone and tablet contract/line has been cut/interupted. This is not fair,I have paid my 2 contracts Cell phone/tab A, The delay is on TELKOM side but now I must suffer. Called Sibusiso on the 20.02.17 at 21:30pm, Asked him to restore my line immediately, Then he reply... someone else need to deal with this matter. TELKOM this is the worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called Telkom on the 20.02.17 at about 3pm spoke to Nosipho Phinda (NT) ********** enquired about the progress of ********** 937-data contract<br />and she rep**** another department will assist you with this matter. I cant deal with this anymore,I have called Telkom several times,Nobody can solve my situation.Instead they cut all my contracts. TELKOM all I want is my Cell phone and tab A line to be restored,<br /> ********** 937-data contract to be cancelled immediatley and not to be charged for the ROUTER- Sell direct need to collect there device as I have cancelled this in the 5 day cooling off period.</p>
