Telkom is the worst ever!

I cancelled my account by giving a month notice as I moved and they kept debiting my account. I did a stop order with my bank thinking it was cancelled. I try to apply for finance now and they took a judgement against me saying I owe them money! No one bothers to help resolve this or returns my mails ... useless service!!!
