Telkom is the worst ...

Telkom is the worst service provider ever!! They stole over R3000 from us! We have been waiting for feedback from some useless consultants named Frank and Maggie for over a month now!!! We need to log a fault but cannot do that! We need a technician's assistance but these consultants are even too *********** to even respond to customers! I want answers now!
