TELKOM IS THE WORST, DON'T KNOW WHAT IS CLIENT SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's know 5 days without Internet and our landline is also not working for 5 days. My Reference nr: ***2 We are still waiting for a Technician to come and rectify our problem. This is by far the worst client exsperience that I ever receieved from Telkom. We also have in the past during Desember 2019 the same problem.
