Telkom is the worst. DO NOT USE!

Purchased a prepaid data bundle for the month which is supposed to be uncapped yet every morning it says I am "out of bundle". When I call the contact centre for assistance it gives me a WhatsApp link to use which i can't because i don't have Internet access because I'm out of bundle. Had to go into the store and they gave me a new sim to fix the issue but it hasn't completely done so. When the Internet does eventually work, it's extremely slow despite being a 10mb line. The app is useless because anything I try to do I.e. purchase airtime, it gives me an error. Worst service provider there is.
