Telkom is the worst!!!!! Do not get a contract with them.

3 weeks of suspended services ALTHOUGH I'VE PAID ON TIME IN FULL. TELKOM CLEARLY PUNISHING ME FOR BEING STUPID ENOUGH TO GET AN UPGRADE WITH THEM AGAIN. I'VE ESCALATED, SENT MORE THAN 10 EMAILS, CALLED MORE THAN 5 TIMES AND STILL NOTHING. this is so unfair, I absolutely hate telkom they are exploitative and abuse their position. If I had to stop payment on the grounds of breach of contact, I'd be black listed. But they can just suspend my services for 3 weeks and ignore all my complaints and there is nothing I can do
