Telkom is the worst

Telkom has the worst customer care ever I certainly would not recommend anyone to take a contract with telkom because when trouble arises and it will. No one can help you. You go to a branch for assistance and they will tell you they can't help you. You will have to call customer care. You then call customer care and you get told that the matter has been escalated with no time frame.

Meanwhile your account gets debited. You get charged more then what you signed up for And you can't do nothing neither can them because the system has generated the amount who no one can stop

You cannot cancel the debit order because telkom doesn't give you the option for you to pay every month. You must just allow them to debit your account and take out what they want and then once they have time to figure themselves out they will then supposedly return the extra they took out.
