Telkom is the worst

I was upgraded from 40G which is sim I took at Telkom store to Unlimited via cellphone call, where I was suppose to be paying only 390 by I have been paying, above R500. And am being told router I hence am paying so much, I have never received any gadgets from Telkom yet am billed so much.
