Telkom is the worst company to use

I canceled my contract in 2019 and 2020 with the and they are still deducting money from my bank account. They did an investigation and found out they are to blame and they need to refund me. The didn't do much after that. I still receive invoices from they which means they haven't removed me from their books still. They are the worst company to use with anything. If you take a contract out with them you will regret it. They will even get as far as blacklisting you for their mistake.
