Telkom is the WORST company to deal with!

I gave Telkom over 30 days notice up to the anniversary date og my two year wifi contract yet they cut my Wifi connection erroneously and then still charged me for that wifi in a month I never had it, charged me an early cancellation fee and then charged me a penalty when I had their debit order reversed. They have admitted to me via email and telephonically they made a mistake yet continue to charge and penalize me and ********ly put through debit orders on my account!!! They have ignored all emails and messages to resolve this matter!
