TELKOM IS THE WORST COMPANY IS SA!!!!!!!

granted this happened due to a misunderstanding on my side regarding the debit order, they suspended my business line (BUSINESS LINE), after realising my issue i called the call centre and the lady was i cant help, i cant help, i cant help, but go to your post office, they take 24 hours because if you do a EFT it will take 48 hours to reconnect, we then went to the local Telkom office, whom told us the same thing "dont worry" they said! Well two days later - about 3 hours of holding and calling and emailing and my lines are still offline - every single person i get through to, cannot help me - it is like dealing with a stone wall, i was even told (by a telkom consultant) that the telkom consultants lie to clients to get them to pay, that no matter what they have to wait for the machine to pick up payments and its 48 hours - i wonder if i am going to come to work tomorrow to face the same problem! In this day and age, if i do a EFT to vodacom/multichoice and many others they acknowledge payment immediately, but for telkom, they decide to take 48 hours business or not ???? even though i know for a fact that my money is reflecting in their account - there is not a single droid that is wiling to help me - i have never in all my life felt so much anxiety and stress with absolute helplessness. There isnt even a option (penalty/fee) for immediate re-connection - its such a pity :_(, its days like this that i loose all hope - how can we operate with such stone age business practices.
