TELKOM IS THE WORST COMPANY, ***********, DON'T KNOW WHATS CLIENT SERVICE

From 31 May 2020 17h00 no Internet and land line not working. I reported the query on 1 June 2020. Telkom only send out a Technician out on 5 June 2020. We have know for 10 days no Internet and land line that's not working. They don't response to my emails (I had to buy data on my cell phone in order to send emails/query to Telkom). We are struggling as from December 2019 with problems with our Internet. Very poor service!!!!!!!!!!
