Telkom is the worst company in the world and should be shut down

worst company on earth, and the worst part is you cant get around them. reported a faulty line. 2 weeks later call for an update, consultant tells me the cable got ******. and that technician are installing the new cable. Call again after 2 weeks again, they tell me they testing the line and their technician will contact me. 4 days later still no word from them and their technician and my line is still down.
